A judge & doctor has ruled that Michael Boatwright one of the four men charged with Florida rapper XXXTentacion’s murder is mentally competent to stand trial. Michael Boatwright is currently behind bars on robbery and murder charges.

The judge ordered Boatwright to take a mental examination in which the doctor deemed he is mentally stable and that the trial should continue. The judge required the exam to make sure he understands the penalities for robbery and murder.

Back in July, Boatwright was arrested for an unrelated drug charge but served with a warrant on July 10 for first-degree murder while in custody.

Boatwright is allegedly one of the two armed suspects who confronted XXXTentacion outside Riva Motorsports.
