Tekashi 6ix9ine Pleads Guilty to Federal Racketeering, Drug, & Weapons Charges & Snitches on Nine Trey Members

Tekashi 6ix9ine has made a plea deal with the feds in his federal racketeering, drug, & weapons charges he was indicted for back in November of 2018. 6ix9ine has plead guilty to 9 counts of federal racketeering and firearms charges. Tekashi 6ix9ine also gave a statement in court that he had sold a kilo of heroin, in which he also admitted to armed rival on 40st in New York and also admitted to putting a hit out on Chief Keef. Not only did he admit to putting out the hit he also identified the shooter as well in that charge.

“I apologize to the court, to anyone who was hurt, to my family, friends and fans for what I have done and who I have let down,”

said 6ix9ine

“I paid a person to shoot at a rival member of Nine Trey to scare him. The shooting took place in Manhattan. I did this to maintain or increase my own standing in Nine Trey.”

Daniel Hernandez was also involved with the sale of ecstasy, heroin, fentanyl, amphetamines and marijuana. Court documents show 6ix9ine snitching on his whole crew in turn for a lesser sentence.

Tekashi is currently facing 32 years to life, but some are speculating that he will serve about 47 years. 6ix9ine’s sentencing is scheduled for January 24, 2020.
