HHO: Introduce yourself to the fans

Nale215: My name is Lonnale Royster, but mainly everybody call me Nale but a lot of people can’t pronounce my first name so just shortened it out to Nale or my stage name Nale215.

HHO: How did your artist name come about?

Nale215: Funny thing is which is crazy when I was younger my name was NastyNale and I’m like no I got to drop that name because that’s not it lol, so I’m like drop Nasty keep Nale and add 215 because I’m from Philly and I love where I’m from so add the area code to the name as a representation.

HHO: Where are you from?

Nale215: I’m from Philadelphia Pennsylvania, North Philly

HHO: Who were your musical influences growing up?

Nale215: I had a large variety of musical influences on different sides of the spectrum with my dad my ears would gravitate towards Jay-Z, Biggie, Nas, Big L, and Dmx that’s what I would hear from him; My Mom she was more Rhythm and Blues like artist such as D’Angelo, Jaheim, Raphael Saadiq, and Lauryn Hill I actually liked those 2 sounds wasn’t anything better to listen to.

HHO: What hip-hop albums did you grow up listening to?

Nale215: My favorite hip-hop album growing up and listening to was Biggie Ready to die not only was it bars on bars, but it was real hip hop like Biggie captured the essence and it was him and I listen because it was great and still is my favorite.

HHO: What is the current single/project that you are promoting?

Nale215: My Mixtape/Album called Love Jones is what I’m currently in the process or I say Blue-Printing on the different sounds I want for it, but it’s going to be bars no slacking with that I’m coming with it all just great music and good vibes.

HHO: How did the record come about?

Nale215: The record came about just me brainstorming like I should make a collective of what it is that I rap about and it put it together and make a project, but it was more to it I want everybody to relate to it bump ya head to it and enjoy it replay value with songs want hits.

HHO: What would be your dream collaboration with any rapper or producer?

Nale215: It would be a dream to work with Meek Mill hometown hero of Philly, that would just be epic like I worked with one of the best song makers in the game and I think I can match his intensity on a track too.

HHO: Are you currently touring or have any upcoming shows?

Nale215: Later on in the near future I plan to be having shows, but right now recording and writing main focus

HHO: How is the response from your fans & djs been?

Nale215: Yes, People have been telling me its stuff they can relate to and I’m not trying to preach to just one side everybody been in a position where that felt like that for somebody at one point you feel me.

HHO: What artists do you listen to the most?

Nale215: Dave East my favorite rapper of today underrated Is what I say but still get the props he deserves in a way dope music been a fan since 2014.

HHO: What are your plans for 2019? What are you doing that others are not?

Nale215: My plans for 2019 is to be the best that I can be that’s for every year really, everything I did good last year I want to do better the next; I’m consistent and I keep faith and pray the 3 keys in life.
