Another Look At The Upcoming KITH x Nike Air Force 1 Low

Dec 30 2019

In the past few months, it’s been impossible to escape the Air Force 1. With collaborations from the likes of G-Dragon, A Ma Maniere, and much more, it’s easy to see that Nike is well aware of the silhouette’s impact, and as we arrive closer to 2020, it seems they still have a lot more in store — the next up likely being a partnership with Ronnie Fieg and his now legendary KITH imprint. Already a strong family member of umbrella label Converse, this release has surely been a long time coming, lending with it an already established sense of hype. Design-wise, the pair is quite unassuming as is in line with prior works; the upper is composed of a luxe smooth leather throughout, opting out of a Sail hit save for along the sole unit whose finish gives a more vintage air. Elsewhere, miniature swooshes embellish the lateral toe cap just underneath the vamp with a sultry green, quite the contrast to the overlaid check whose debossing maximal imprints with the “KITH” box logo in checkered perpetuity. Linings bear dark navy, lace tips gold hardware, and a hang tag the same elegant feature with branding surely marked alongside. Grab another quick look at these right here and sit tight for word on their official release date.
