Last month Kodak Black home was raided by police after someone from his Instagram live called the police on him allegedly. Kodak Black got some good news today as 3 of his charges have now been dismissed. Those charges include gun possession, child neglect, and ammunition of a delinquent.

Kodak and his legal team wanted the charges dropped after claiming authorities could not prove that the guns or marijuana in the video were real. They also argue that artists use fake firearms and guns in promotional visuals and music videos all the time.

These charges came from when Kodak and crew were on Instagram live flashing guns and his child walked in the room during the raid on Jan. 18, Kodak was taken into custody, and is being held without bail at the moment.

He still has 4 other charges to answer to including his probation violation and marijuana charges as well.

Kodak Black hasn’t left his fans out of the dark though after releasing his latest album Heart Break Kodak which is out right now.
