J.U.S.T.I.C.E League Fire Shots At Chance The Rapper For Not Paying For Beats
POSTED ON:Jul 16 2017
J.U.S.T.I.C.E League has some serious beef with Chance The Rapper over non payment of a beat that was released. J.U.S.T.I.C.E League claims that the Chicago rapper rips off producers by paying them low wages for their beats and probably some royalty money. J.U.S.T.I.C.E League took to Twitter after they found out that Chance The Rapper would be putting money up to save the free music streaming platform.
The production crew had some beef last year also with Chance The Rapper regarding the same situation. The beat in question is from ‘Cocoa Butter Kisses,’ a track off Chance’s 2013 Acid Rap mixtape that was co-produced by Cam and Peter Cottontale. Check out what J.U.S.T.I.C.E League had to say on Twitter below.
Of course Chance wants to save the free music business model. That’s how he got on by NOT paying

The thing is @chancetherapper normalized the free business model. Don’t pay (or pay minimal) for creation, post on SC and not pay royalties https://t.co/9yfKp4fK1g

Chance The Rapper replied back with this to say, claiming he paid another producer who is possibly suing J.U.S.T.I.C.E League for being in a slave deal.
This part is true. But the money I “owe” you, I paid to the actual producer who is suing you currently to get out of that slave deal. https://t.co/8Vl8fC3lJ7

But, thye say that’s all false and that Chance The Rapper doesn’t know his own business.
No chance, nobody is suing us. Once again, you don’t know shit about your own business. Tell Pat to send the agreements to Evan on Monday. https://t.co/HkN7t8jI4E

Wonder what else is to come from this, J.U.S.T.I.C.E League says they even received money from Birdman which some say is impossible. Will a lawsuit follow? Comment below
