Philly rapper Ar-Ab and his crew are facing some serious time in federal prison, life to be exact on drug trafficking charges. One of of those charges includes conspiracy to distribute over 5 kilos of cocaine, 280 grams or more of crack, 50 grams or more of methamphetamine and 100 grams or more of heroin. One of the crew members was also hit with a gun charge as well.

Ar-Ab was reportedly the leader of the crew in which they would traffic drugs from California to Philly to distribute. The charges came down after two search warrants were executed on Sept. 11, 2017 and May 17, 2018.

“The charges alleged in the superseding indictment are extremely serious and if convicted these defendants are facing major jail time,”

said U.S. Attorney McSwain in a statement.

“The investigation and prosecution of drug trafficking organizations remains a high priority of this Office and the Department of Justice. We are committed to doing everything we can to keep our streets safe and stop the flow of these deadly drugs into our communities.”

Ar-Ab is known to have ties with OvO as he sided with Drake during the Meek Mill beef. If you can remember back Ar-Ab also won a bet against Birdman for $200K during the superbowl.
